terms of service

Before commissioning me, PLEASE read this doc and agree with the following terms. If you disagree in any way, I will not take your commission request, thank you !!
If anything on this doc is broken, you will be placed on my DNI/blacklistedPayment
All payments will be in USD and made through Venmo or Cashapp
If you wish to pay me through a digital currency, such as robux, let me know before requesting the commission
You can pay in 2 ways :
Once the sketch ( defined ) is completed, you pay fully
You pay half of the commission upfront, and once I have completed the commission, sent you the watermarked copy and it is OKed, you pay the rest and I send you the un-watermarked versionUsage
When you commission me, keep in mind that I still hold all rights over the artwork, ( i will not sell anything using the artwork, but I will use it for examples/self promo )
Uploading your commission to social platforms is OK as long as you tag me in the post,, do not claim my work is yours !!
Commissions are not allowed to be resold, altered in a noticeable way ( re-coloured, traced over/drawn over * ), or made into NFTs.
* cropping the artwork to use as icon and etc are OKOh no, Aeon !! Now that I’m actually here idk what to do !!

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, ( I do not have to tell you the reason in question )
please DM/email me ALL info about your commission ; half rendered,, pfp,, etc
I will post commissions on my socials ( tagged ofc ), let me know if this is a problem
If there is a specific deadline, let me know BEFORE I start your commission
Not required, but extremely helpful; please send me references, it helps me work faster to complete your commission ( if you are requesting an OC then a reference is required to make your purchase as accurate as possible )
For obvious reasons, if i state on my carrd that commissions are closed then they are closedMy process
Once you commission me, the sketch will usually take me at most 24 hrs
How long it takes me to finish a commission will vary,, please keep in mind that I am still in school and I WILL prioritize my schoolwork over a commission
Once I have started properly rendering, alterations to the composition will no longer be available ( excluding facial expressions and small alters like that )
While I am working on your commission, I will DM/email you progress, this is the time where you can ask to change things
Limit to 2 major alterations, if you are to ask for another major alteration, It will cost you extra.Refunds
If you want to cancel your commission before I’ve started/I’ve only gotten the rough sketch done, please contact me ASAP for a full refund.
If I cannot finish a commission, then I will contact you and give you a full refund
If you want to cancel your commission while I am rendering/gone farther than the sketch, I will give a 50% refundbefore commissioning me, please keep in mind that I DO NOT offer any 'anime' artstyles. please do not ask for that ^^
